1. Quality Issues

If there is a quality-related issue, please contact our Sales team within 14 business days of receiving your order and provide relevant proof (e.g., photos or videos). Upon confirmation, you may return the product to our overseas warehouse at no cost to you—we will cover all return shipping fees.

2. Return Window

Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of signing for the package. Please contact us promptly to begin the process.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must exhibit a genuine quality defect—such as a manufacturing flaw or damage not caused during shipping or handling.
  • You must provide sufficient supporting evidence (photos or videos) when contacting us.
  • Once your claim is validated by our team, we will send you detailed return instructions.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact our Sales team within the 14-day window and provide evidence of the issue.
  2. Upon verification, we will provide shipping information for our overseas warehouse.
  3. Ship the product as instructed.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue either a full refund or a replacement—based on your preference.

5. Shipping Fee Responsibility

  • If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, preference), the consumer shall be responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the courier service you choose.
  • If the return is caused by our fault (e.g., incorrect item, product defect), we will bear the full return shipping cost.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

This policy applies only to quality-related issues. Products that are not defective—such as change of mind, sizing problems, or personal preferences—are not eligible for return under this policy unless the consumer agrees to cover the return shipping fee.
