Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two international shipping methods: Air Express Shipping and Ocean Economy Shipping. Customers may select the preferred option at checkout.
1. Hatspick Prime
• Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days
• Service Type: Priority air freight
• Suitable For: Customers who need faster delivery
• Tracking: Full tracking available
2. Ocean Economy
• Delivery Time: Approximately 30 business days
• Service Type: Cost-effective ocean freight
• Suitable For: Larger orders or customers seeking lower shipping cost
• Tracking: Tracking provided, but updates may be less frequent during sea transit
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
Shipping Methods & Pricing
We offer two international shipping methods: Air Express Shipping and Ocean Economy Shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated based on volumetric weight (L × W × H ÷ 8000).
Your order will automatically match the correct shipping fee based on quantity.
If you plan to order more than 100 hats, please contact our customer support team for a custom shipping quote.
Air Express Shipping (7–15 Business Days)
Air freight pricing is based on volumetric weight.
A lower rate applies once the total volumetric weight reaches 21 kg, which is why pricing decreases per hat from 19 hats onward.

Ocean freight has a 12 kg minimum charge.
Every 6 hats = 1 carton = 6 kg volumetric weight.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
• Total order quantity
• Corresponding volumetric shipping weight
• Selected shipping method (Air or Ocean)
Our product category (hats) requires bulky packaging, so shipping costs are determined by volume weight, not actual product weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number.
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for:
• Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
• Delivery delays caused by local carriers
• Lost shipments due to incorrect customer information
If you need to change your address, contact us within 12 hours after placing your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For most of our shipping routes, especially Air Express and Ocean Economy services, import duties and taxes are already included in the shipping fee.
In these cases, customers do not need to pay any additional customs charges upon delivery.
If your destination is one of the few regions where taxes cannot be prepaid, the system will notify you at checkout before payment.
We aim to provide a smooth delivery experience and prioritize shipping methods that avoid unexpected charges for customers.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed, we recommend:
1. Checking the tracking link
2. Contacting the local carrier
3. Contacting our support team if no update appears for 10 days
We will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
